Being a wellness coach and writer I'm always looking for new forums to share and learn too. This one is my Favorite. Great topics of discussion. I lost over twenty lbs just by taking a course on diet and health and incorporating proper eating and exercising in small bouts thru-out the day. I am a firm beleiver in all natural , organic everything. But I still love fried foods and a nice steak once in a while, along with cold beer or wine. So far, I am currently down to one client this business isn't easy, but it is rewarding.
