Our stories sound pretty close. I was always borderline overweight through all of jr. high and high school, and then I graduated, and hello 30lbs.
Originally I just wanted to be back down to my high school weight, which was about 150-155 lbs. I never thought I'd be able to surpass that, since I tried 'dieting' all through high school, and never saw any results. But I've since learned I was doing it wrong.
What are your plans for your weight loss? Joining a gym? Heathier eating? Let us know and everyone will have great suggestions and advice for you
