Im joining a gym next week and cutting out all junk food and snacks in my first attempt

Cutting all junk food out and unhealthy snacks is a great start! Eventually one of the things you should be shooting for is to eat fewer calories on an average day than your body burns on its own. Exercising will help you increase how many calories your body burns, but it helps to know what you're putting into it as well.

See how you progress with those changes alone, and if you want to turbocharge your weight loss we can help you with counting calories if you'd like.

I found that giving up junk food, fast food, trans fats, hydrogenated oils, refined sugars and refined flours ... plus eating a lot of lean proteins, fresh veggies and fruit, and whole grains .... worked best for me. It's amazing what you learn when you start reading labels, huh?
Let us know how the gym joining goes for you!!!
