Hello!

Hello. I'm new here. Just thought I'd say hi. I'm carrying around an extra 105 pounds. Oddly enough that's what I weighed when I played little league football. I guess you could say I'm carrying a 13 year old version of myself around my waist. Looking to get down to around 165.

Welcome to the site dodger50! You can take care of that 105lbs no problem.

Have you decided how you are going to attempt to lose the weight? Change in eating habits? Exercise?

Hey, all! I'm looking to cut out most of the red meat, maybe start adding in some fish. What I mostly need to add is more fruit. I don't eat much of that. Plus, it might be time to start picking up the weights again.

Adding fish is one of the best things you can do. How much red meat do you eat in a typical week? Processed? Be careful about adding too much fruit; it's loaded in sugar. Fruit in moderation is great, and so is weightlifting!

fish is super for you and that should help especially if the red meat was not very lean. exercise even better!

Oh, I forgot to mention we have a huge section in the website with a ton of meals that are mostly made up of fruit...that is in the 5 fruits and vegetables a day section.

Absolultely! Have you setup an eating program for yourself to create a calorie deficit? Any other exercise plans?
