| Hello! Hello. I'm new here. Just thought I'd say hi. I'm carrying around an extra 105 pounds. Oddly enough that's what I weighed when I played little league football. I guess you could say I'm carrying a 13 year old version of myself around my waist. Looking to get down to around 165. |

Have you decided how you are going to attempt to lose the weight? Change in eating habits? Exercise?

| Re: Hello! Hey, all! I'm looking to cut out most of the red meat, maybe start adding in some fish. What I mostly need to add is more fruit. I don't eat much of that. Plus, it might be time to start picking up the weights again. |

Adding fish is one of the best things you can do. How much red meat do you eat in a typical week? Processed? Be careful about adding too much fruit; it's loaded in sugar. Fruit in moderation is great, and so is weightlifting!
