| changing my whole life I finally got redusyn this morning and I am going to start tomorrow. But I am going to change my whole life too. I am planning to exercise at least an hour EVERY day. I know that this will be difficult because of work but I have to do it. Furthermore I want to join a special dieting group which could help me to change my eating habits. But I am not sure yet which one is the best. ANd ideas? |

| Re: changing my whole life Do you think this would be enough? I really need to change my whole life because I don't want to gain all the weight back once I will stop taking redusyn. It is also possible to do something like weight watchers all by yourself, isn't it?
By the way I just took the first pill and I feel great. I can't wait to weight myself tomorrow morning! Oh I forget to tell you - my current weight is 235 lbs! |

| Re: changing my whole life Yes Kel, it's that simple. You're really over-complicating things with diets and pills.

| Re: changing my whole life Am I really? Sorry hopefully I don't bother you too much...It is just that I am very enthusiastic right now and I want to keep off the weight which I am losing right now when I will stop taking redusyn. But probably you are right. I just have to eat consciously and maybe start counting calories! |

| Re: changing my whole life How are you losing weight right now if you're only on your second pill? Sorry Kel, you've stepped on yourself too much.
