ff you want to minimize it a good sports bra or a bra size smaller than what you are<(the 2nd tips also gives you a nicer cleavage in case you'd like hahahaa)
Anyway those puppies need to breath dont suffocate them lol.
as for where i dont know, you will be able to tell if its a good sports bra by feeling it and seeing how much it stretches by pulling on the fabric. good luck
I have yet to find a sports bra that gives me enough support to allow me to exercise in. My boobs end up bouncing around painfully and have on occasion popped out lol luckily I had a tshirt on so i didnt traumatize my kids lol. I'm having a problem finding bras since i've lost weight. I'm smaller around but the cup size is still an E and finding a bra with an E cup that is smaller than a 40 is almost impossible in a store. SO FRUSTERATING!
