| Am collecting NO SUGAR NO FAT recipes Hi,
Once I was really overweight. Ate candy like crazy, all the time. Sweet tooth made my every diet fail. Somehow I've gotten hold of myself in the past two years. Have lost weight, want to lose more, and fear putting it back on.
So I've discovered a game for myself. I collect recipes that are totally No sugar, and as low fat as possible (I only use canola or olive oil, which are good for you.)
I came here because I need & enjoy the support, and sense of community. Also because I thought maybe I can help. Hey, if this former junk food junkie's made it this far...ugh, the thought of what I used to eat now makes me sick.
So it's a whole new mindset. Maybe I can help you, and you surely can help me. All together, help keep each other on the path...
And I'm pleased to meet you!

And I'm pleased to meet you! | We have a ton of low sugar/no sugar recipes here, so you might find some new ideas! We also have a forum to post their own recipes that they've found; I know we'd love to see a few of the ones you've amassed!
I'm with you, the thought of eating garbage makes me sick. I just envision a big ball of fat whenever I see fast food, anything fried, etc.
Welcome to the site!

| Re: Am collecting NO SUGAR NO FAT recipes Hello back,
Um, where do I post recipes? I'm going to start with no sugar NO fat brownies -- they're luscious. Made with egg whites, unsweetened cocoa...actually I'll be copying the recipe from this book that just came out. I'm sure it's ok.
But where do I put the recipe? I don't see the link.
Thanks!
