After deciding theres no such thing as a low calorie chip I got some onion pita bread and made my own. I took a round pita and pie cut it into 8th's, pulled it apart, brushed the triangles with extra virgin olive oil and springled some course garlic salt and baked on a cookie sheet 10min at 350 until they started to turn brown. One pita makes 16 thick chips for 150cal compared to 14 thin Pringles. I serve the chips with Hummus.
I like to make sweet potato chips. just slice them thin spray canola or olive oil spray on them and sprinkle garlic salt or powder on them and bake until crispy. they are YUMMY!
