Mike's tuna and rice

Since I have been eating chicken breast for almost every major meal I decided to mix it up:
2 cups of long grain brown rice
5 cans of tuna
1 tablespoon of mayonaise (optional)
Not great tasting but awesome carbs/protein/fat mix.

Re: Mike's tuna and rice

Well, against my better judgment I gave this a shot and Mike's taste assessment was dead on.

Re: Mike's tuna and rice

I'm sticking to a can of tuna or salmon and about 3 to 5 oz of whole wheat spaghetti with a touch of butter and garlic salt for 2 meals a day now. Had to stop eating chicken breast every meal.

Re: Mike's tuna and rice

That actually doesn't sound too minus, minus the mayo. I like tuna.

I just had this for a late about an hour ago, except, I didn't use mayo, I threw in a small amount of salsa.
