21 people arrested this morning, who were planning on using liquid explosives to blow up 10 airplanes flying from the UK to the United States This is just stupid, and to me are the act of cowards.

I am so livid I can't even tell you. Our freedoms are being taken away by these fools who look to take innocent lives. Scary enough, these were homegrown UK terrorist, not people coming directly from the middle east, so it just goes to show you never know where they'll come from. These scum give muslims a bad name. I saw an amazing poll this morning that almost 25% of Americans wouldn't want to live next to a Muslim, and even more so have negative impressions about the religion and anyone who follows it. Amazing what a few bad apples can do to a normally peaceful religion.

I wonder if those same people think of Catholics as child molesters because of a few bad priests.

Unfortunately there will always be stereotyping due to information people get from the media, friends and family. I agree that it's a shame that 99.99% of the Muslims on this planet have a horrible stigma attached to them because of a small handful of radicals. I wish there was a way to prevent this radical train of thought. They're manipulating religion to brainwash people into doing stuff like this.
