| Sorry for disappearing.... Sorry guys. I have just been battling with stuff at home. I am going through a divorce right now. I chose to leave my husband. So I have slacked on working out. I have been going at least 3 times a week and that started about 2 weeks ago. I just have no energy ever now. Things are nuts and hopefully will get better. I got put back on birth control and I swear 5 lbs jumped back on. I am not thrilled there. So now trying to get back down to where I was. I just wanted to update you guys. I am here......just not "here". Thanks guys. I hope you are all doing well!!

| Re: Sorry for disappearing.... Thanks guys. I appreciate it. I am trying to stay positive. I just have so many things I am stressing about. One thing being money. My soon to be EX left me high and dry. He said he is not staying at the house therefore he shouldn't have to pay for it. So I am stuck paying $1700.00 a month for a house, and on top of that the car, utilities and such....equals $2500.00 a month and i bring home maybe $2600.00 a month on my own. So I am trying to get rid of the house in this divorce. Either pay him off and let him have it, or worst case foreclose. We will see.I am trying to stay positive. But it's hard now especially when I see the stupid scale jump back up 6 lbs.

That will free up at least $500 a month maybe closer to $1,000.
You'll make it chick, keep your head up!!!

| Re: Sorry for disappearing.... Thank you guys. I appreciate it. I am doing ok. Just super lonely and sad at times. Financially I am hurting badly. He decided since he is not living there that I get to pay for the house and utilities on my own. So that hurts. I think I have about $150.00 a month to live on give or take. So when this divorce is done I will either have to do a fast sale of the house and we both eat a bunch of money, foreclose, or go bankrupt. Who knows.....I am trying to focus on losing weight again. I did my cardio kickboxing last night. Love that. I haven't stepped on the scale in a couple days. I almost started crying the last time I did. So going to try to work hard to drop at least 5 lbs.

| Re: Sorry for disappearing.... i understand how hard it is i actually didnt gain my weight till after my divorce i just got so lonely that i ate but problem was i ate junk and the only time i ate was at night after the kids went to bed and i was all alone so it was just really unhealthy i'd go all day with nothing but water or a soda then at night the lonliness would hit and i'd start eating. took me along time to deal with it but might not have taken so long if i'd have talked to someone about it

| Re: Sorry for disappearing.... I am sorry to hear that. We all make mistakes. I haven't been eating that badly. If money was better I would be able to eat the "good" stuff for me. But honestly with money being so tight, I can only afford certain things.....mac and cheese....blah blah....

| Re: Sorry for disappearing.... I've been doing the 80% ground beef w/McCormick taco seasonings and lettuce w/hot sauce or a salsa. VERY tasty and I can get about 2-4 servings out of it depending on whether or not you use 1-2 lbs of ground beef.
Think it cost ~6 bucks for that whole deal.

| Re: Sorry for disappearing.... I got tons of em if you need any more. .gif) Growing up in a poor German family gave me all the knowledge to eat healthy with very little. I put MOST of my weight on when I moved here and started eating whatever I wanted. So it was back to the good stuff for me. Just now we can get salmon and what not.
