| Re: Snacking Confession Thread This afternoon I had a pack of nutterbutters (4 ct.) and a 8oz bottle of fruit juice. But, that was only because I had just given blood,  and I had to walk about 4 1/2 blocks there and back, so I'm not that worried about it.

I was out all weekend from wisdom teeth surgery, so I was forced to eat ice cream and pudding all weekend.

"Nutty Buddies" as we called them at camp were one of the reasons I was fat throughout high school. That and Peanut Butter cups. Man thank god I beat those.

I'm already laughing about this - tomorrow night it's my turn to provide refreshments for our women's club meeting. Poor ladies, they don't realize that they're going to have to eat what I eat for a night! I'm thinking cheese plate and veggie plate. Maybe I'll buy some sort of pastry or candy that I don't like so I'm not tempted LOL!

I have made a pie or a cake with nuts, because I will not eat anything with pecans or walnuts.

| Re: Snacking Confession Thread I was eating EXTREMELY low carb last week to give my diet a boost and was still making regular food for my husband. I made chilli and peanut butter cookies. I was fine for a while but something in me snapped and I had a bowl of it w/ fat free shredded cheese and 5 or 6 saltines. Ok, that can be remedied right? I will just exercise extra hard next time. The beans after all are loaded with fiber. Well that would have worked had I not vacuumed up 3 large peanut butter cookies too!  Intead of working out 3 days a week as my past norm it will be every day this week b/c of that little screw up. 9g of fat, 190 cals, 15g sugar EACH cookie!!!! AHHH!!! I have a 10 yr high school reunion that I am going to in June. I want to lose 15-20 lbs and I just really dont have room in my pants for those 3 cookies!
