I saw this photographic height/weight chart on another forum and I thought you guys might enjoy it as much as I did. I find it interesting how everyone carries their weight differently basically helping to show that numbers really don't always matter (some of the people would make me think they weighed less if I didn't know by what they put with their picture). It also kind of helps you visualize what you might look like when you get down to that goal weight. At least to me it does. Kind of a neat idea.
I was amazed how I could not estimate the weight of most of the people in the pictures.
I am beginning to understand why even people who know me had no idea that I was 100 kg (220 pounds) a few weeks ago. My height is 181 cm
I think they would have noticed however if they saw me at the pool wearing swimming briefs.
Weight can easily be hidden by clothing and different body shapes. I'm very short so people always estimate me to be about 15-20lbs lighter than I really am.
People do not realize how much I weigh either. I really look like Iweigh less than I really do. I am 5'7" tall.
I carry most my weight in my middle area, and my legs, arms and shoulders don't look to big at all.
