At age 39 leaving a baby girl all alone. I wonder what the cause of death will be, who the father is and what will happen to all that money she was supposed to inherit  ? What does everyone else thing?

| I bet 100 to one it's drug related, just like her son.....supposedly her husband/attorney was flushing all the drugs they gave her son down the toilet right when the found him collapsed. If she killed herself, she is so selfish for leaving a 6mo old behind with no mom.

| Heard on the news this morning that she apparently tried to commit suicide a little while ago by jumping in a pool. She looked really depressed in many of her recent inverviews as well.

| Just goes to show you.... a small-town girl working at a chicken place to one of the most beautiful women in the world worth millions.....now dead in the prime of her life.
If it was suicide, I'm sure her son's death played a major role in it.

| i read that the baby would receive all the $400 million, and whoever ends up being the father would control that money until the child is of legal adult age. i surmise there will be a big nasty custody battle over this child with all that money involved.

Oh my! As if her image was not tarnished enough recently between the accusations of drug use and being a gold digger, now she is going to be remembered for sleeping around a lot too if men keep popping out of the woodwork claimed to be the baby's daddy.

She said Anna saved his sperm and would have used it as a last ditch effort to win over her dead husband's estate!

Maybe it is just me, but Marilyn seemed much more high profile in her hay-day compared to Anna. Anna had a few years of spotlight and that was it.

If I remember correctly, the mother was accusing Howard for her death.

| Oh no, more twists! http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,252388,00.html FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — Anna Nicole Smith said in a 2001 will that all property of her estate should be given to her longtime companion Howard K. Stern to hold in trust for her son Daniel, who died in September.
But as the former Playboy Playmate planned to provide for her son, she also may have disinherited her 5-month-old daughter Dannielynn with the following statement in the will:
"I have intentionally omitted to provide for my spouse and other heirs, including future spouses and children and other descendants now living and those hereafter born or adopted," she said. "This could rule out what goes to Dannielynn ... it disinherits any children in the future," FOX News senior judicial analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano said. "Clearly it's a valid, lawfully drawn will ... it makes Howard K. Stern her executor and he decides where she gets buried. If the will is literally enforced, all of [Smith's money] might go to Howard K. Stern. But it's against the public policy of the state of Florida to totally disinherit the baby."
The will, which was released to the media, does not contain any information about where Smith would have liked to be buried.
