| Labour Day Weekend 2007 What did you do this past Labour Day weekend?
Me? After 3 weeks of a flurry of emails and phonecalls I hooked up with my former ex for the whole weekend.
We have decided to re-establish our relationship and leave the past in the past.
I had a great time, ate at far too many restaurants (he paid for all our out of the house meals), had a wonderful long massage (which he gave me) and feel quite spoiled.
When he finally had to go home I got the impression that he would have wanted to stay longer, but by that time I was exhausted and did not want to resort to heaving him out my front door. Hahaha.
It was a great weekend and the Chocolate Thunder From Down Under at The Outback was excellent. We shared that dessert. |

I spent the entire weekend taking care of my sister who was sick. Not how I pictured it, but at least it was good brother sister bonding.

I don't often have a weekend like that. In fact that was my first really fun weekend since we had broken up 3 years ago. (Yes I need a life..LOL!)
I'm still very cautious however where he is concerned as he was the one who dumped me back then and broke my heart.
You're a sweet brother to take care of your sister like that when she needed someone. I have a younger brother myself and he would never help me like that.
I hope your sister is feeling much better now. |

To have your most fun weekend in 3 years must have been thrilling!

Maybe he has learned the error of his ways. LOL!! |

Someone here had a lot of fun! Good for you girl!
I had a very quiet weekend spent with friends and family, caught a movie, mostly just relaxed.

| Re: Labour Day Weekend 2007 Sunday started a huge fight with my fiance and I's roommates.
There was much crying, much yelling, some slamming of doors.
As it turns out, my fiance and I have decided to move out, even though we'll end up paying double rent for two months (and we're both in school ><).
The worst part is, our roommates are his older brother and his girlfriend. So now there's family tension.
This has honestly been the worst week of my entire life, which kept going today with me screwing up and getting an NSF on my rent cheque.
It feels good to get all that out.

We just got back from seeing the ugliest, smallest two bedroom basement suite. I felt bad because I had nothing nice to say. How the people that are renting it out think it's worth $950/month plus 40% utilities I have no clue.
/sigh

Good things come to those who wait. I am sure there is something better than that.
