| I'm so sick!!!! Sorry guys, I'm having a pity party. I went to the doctor today. I have bronchitis. Not just plain old bronchitis, the kind that keeps you up all night coughing and hacking. Finally last night, at 4am, I got up and watched Cops on TV. That was the highlight my day. |

| So sorry to hear that Not fun at all. Times like this I would just love to cuddle up in bed with some hot tea or beverage of choice and watch movies all day long! Go rent a few movies instead of watching reruns. That will help pass the time even better. Maybe even pick up a good book? You can always turn your downtime into something constructive? Maybe there are some letters you have been meaning to write, to do lists?
At least on the bright side your abs will get a good workout from all the coughing
Hope you feel better soon!

That's great that you monitor your sugar. Were you given any medication? I agree that your sugar issue should disappear as you drop a few more pounds. Hitting the scale is fun when you are dropping the pounds. I find myself getting on the scale daily

I really don't know why it started dropping....Maybe the Metformin I take, plus the fact that i've really cut down on my sugar intake, diet drinks, etc. But even in the beginning when I was taking the metformin, my sugar was never that low. |

Sounds like your diet really had a positive impact. Regardless, you are in a much better place now than before. Keep up the good work
