I am so excited!! I lost a pants size! My pants have been falling off me for a couple of weeks but today was the first time I tried on a smaller size, AND THEY FIT!! I'm so happy!! I just had to tell someone. lol

No reason to diet, subscribe to food services, have surgery or take diet pills. Learn to eat right, count calories and exercise. If 400+lb people on Biggest Loser can do it, so can you!

Nice going, I can't wait to lose some sizes, I miss cool looking clothes. I've put off buying new clothes because I'm always telling myself I'll lose weight. Before my major gain in college (forget the freshmen 15, try the Junior 100) my dad took me shopping at Brook Brothers and bought me some really fly threads, two beautiful suits. I only got wear them once before I ballooned. I feel really bad about that because I wear Wal-mart suits now when I have a Brooks Brothers suit hanging in my closet gathering dust.
