| Don't do what I did. I ate at a rather large fast food chain last weekend, that will remain nameless in order to avoid their LARGE staff of corporate lawyers, but I will say they are rather fond of a particular clown.
I have eaten there a few times in the last year but I have always purchased their salad and nothing more. Last weekend I was with the family in Vermont and it was lunch time and every single restaurant we found was closed, except for this fast food giant. Since everyone was in a hurry and rather hungry somehow I ended up with a burger, one of my college professors use to call a Newton burger with cheese (1 Newton is about ¼ pound), a large order of fries and a coffee. I also no longer drink much coffee at all and if I do it is decaf. Being hungry and in a hurry I ate it and about an hour later I felt very sick and got a rather nasty migraine headache that I am still feeling the side effects of today (2 days later)
NEVER again will I eat that rather nasty stuff, I had not had anything like that in over a year and I plan on not having it again for many years to come.
Just wanted to share that JUST incase anyone reading this was considering eating at this rather large fast food giant that is rather fond of a particular clown.

| Re: Don't do what I did. I have not eaten actual fast food in a long time and since this happened on Sunday and today is Wednesday and I STILL do not feel right I will not do it again for a very long time to come. I also wonder how I survived back when I use to eat the stuff.

| Re: Don't do what I did. Ug. I think we've all had horrible experiences after eating fast food.
Both my fiance and I have been off the fast food for the better part of a year now. I remember we were driving to see his parents, and needed some quick food on the go, so somehow we ended up at a fast food joint. I'll admit I still find it rather tasty, and sometimes get cravings for it, so it was nice to have it as a treat, but the horrible stomach rumblings and other things that followed that evening were not worth it in the least. I always think of that whenever I get a craving for it now.

It didn't become gross to me until I stopped eating it. I used to chow down on fast food as a kid all the way up until my 1st year in college.
