11 year old girl DUI arrest? This young girl led police on a chase at speeds over 100mph when she wrecked her car off the side of the road. She told police she was "picking her sister up from a concert."
Where are the girls parents? How did she get access to a car and why was she driving? And especially why was she drunk?
IM sure the parents were home slamming
down their beers and cocktails while all

i have seen some very neglecting parents in my day. the worst was a family who was letting their 9 year old drink all the beer he wanted in the middle of a restaurant! :eek4::eek4:
