new method to lose fat

Actually I wanted to do a surgery, but I am not so sure about it anymore. People in the forum also suggested me not to do it and my family are also against esthetic surgeries. So maybe I really shouldn't do it. But last night I was something on tv about losing fat by an ultrasound treatment. Has anyone ever heard of this new method to lose fat?

Was there a name for it? I've never heard of it. I've used ultrasounds to heal injuries in the past and during physical therapy.

No unfortunately not. And I didn't see the whole report. But I just tried to find some information in the internet. I found an article concerning this topic: BBC NEWS | Health | Losing fat the ultrasonic way What do you think about it? Do you think it is worth trying? I don't really know because the mentioned in the report that such a therapy is quite expensive!

I guess it doesn't hurt to try something as harmless as an ultrasound, but I think it's a waste of money. I personally wouldn't throw my money at something I could fix for free myself.

Changing lifestyle is the best way, spending money for ultrasound to lose then eat to gain again and then spending money for ultrasound and then eat to gain ton of pounds and then... and then... it's a cycle.

Hi dickytoughy, reducing weight is really really difficult for everybody. But it is possible if you have a strong will and enough motivation. At first you should try a diet or even several different diets. It takes time until you will find one that suits you. Surgeries and this ultrasound method are other options but I don't think that these would be suitable options for me. I decided to try a weight loss pill. Redusyn seems to work-at leat for me.

Kel, you said you just ordered it, how could it possibly be working for you? This sounds very fishy. I also completely disagree with needing to try different diets. Diets are meant to be short term fixes....no one wants to lose weight temporarily and put it back on, that's why a lifestyle change would be best.

Re: new method to lose fat

Well I just took the second pill that is right but I have the feeling that this product will work me as good as it works for Mary1952. Yeah maybe I shouldn't already talk about experiences as I haven't made many so far. Sorry... So dickytoughy you might talk to Marry1952 for further experiences!
Yes a lifestyle change is the best on a long term but usually this starts with any kind of diet, doesn't it?
