We do have a weight loss support forum where we encourage anyone needing a little support to post there. Weight Loss Support

I agree on depression leading to non-exercise and overeating, it's definitely not just you. If there is anything you would like to talk about, feel free to post up; we're all here for you! This group is great at giving support.

i think a little motivation could help you out a tad. have you tried anything to motivate yourself to exercise and eat better? in a few threads here we have talked about some great ideas to motivate one's self. maybe we should make a list

That's funny, because for the last 13 years I've been being treated for acute anxiety and chronic depression until this year...I was diagnosed as bipolar.

All ANY of my doctors would say about my weight gain is "Exercise!!!"

Yeah, well, I didn't FEEL like doing anything but crawling under a rock and dying, why the hell would I want to go EXERCISE!!! ?

I started out at 129lbs. first dr. visit in 1995 (I'm 5'9, so that's pretty thin) and now I'm at 277+/-. STILL all I hear is "EXERCISE!!!".
