Yesterday was very frustrating for me, walking has become quite a big part of my daily routine recently so to have to sit it out for the day was complete hell.

The bike was ok....... but the static version really is no substitute for the real thing, the control unit is properly broken so its stuck in 1st gear which is almost like free wheeling. I did a 5 min warm up yesterday morning, then 10 minutes at about 5pm, then another 12 minutes lat night. I suppose its better than nothing but i couldn't resist a little walk this morning, i did 4.8 miles which is about 1.5 miles further than my previous furthest, i just kept on going because i had so much energy. The blisters seem much better today as well. Catch ya later hun x.

Hey there, I did really enjoy it. I work for a French company so they 1) give us a ton of vacation and 2) thankfully, actually allow us to use it. The break in August didn't feel long enough. The 3 weeks in September, however, was exactly what I needed.

You're in Canada, right? Niagara? My parents are up there on a 3-week trip right now.

They flew into Buffalo, NY...hung out at Niagara Falls, then visited Toronto and Montreal on their way to Sydney, Nova Scotia. Soon, they'll be getting on a boat, and enjoying a cruise all the way back to New York.
