Spinach dip with mushrooms
Dietitian's tip: Serve this chilled spinach dip with a variety of raw vegetables, such as bell pepper strips, zucchini coins, cauliflower and broccoli florets, and carrot, celery and jicama sticks.


SERVES 10
Ingredients
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 1/2 cups fat-free sour cream
1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
3 green onions, chopped



Directions
In a medium-sized bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well, cover and refrigerate. Serve chilled with a variety of raw vegetables.

This is a real indulgence...at least it tastes that way. I got a lot of positive feedback from my guests when I made this dip. Give it a try, it is just as good as the traditional recipe for spinach dip. :-)

does dipping lead to binging?
sometimes, one dip leads to another... and another... and another....
this kind of stuff is what i gotta watch out for.

(and so i stay away from any sort of dressings - but that's me)
