The only issue I have with getting around that could be related to weight would be joint aches and pains, particularly the knees, but it could also be that I flew off my motorcycle, more than once, whilst dirt riding as a kid too. But again if I were not over weight it may not be such an issue.

I don’t really set hard goals, I will say I want to be 220 but that is a rough goal and if I reach 240 I will be happy

It will mean I successfully lost the weight. I will feel happy about that and likely a bit healthier. I have no fear about weight loss at all.
