| Re: Sparkpeople
I have an account on it but I am not a big fan. There's just too many options for me I think, plus I know from experience I don't like meal plans. I'd rather eat what I want right then even if I have to end up having a light dinner to make up for it. I don't use it for calories but I do update my measurements and weight just to see my progress in the form of a chart, and also I like that they have an option to see how long it will take you to lose a given amount, or how much is realistic to lose in a certain time frame. I never would have thought to measure my neck since it's only used for men's shirt sizes, but I'm glad they had me chart that because I'm down from a 16.5 to 15.25! That's more than a shirt size! Of course I can't actually wear a men's medium dress shirt on account of my bosom but it's nice to know that I'm losing some of that double chin area. I think it's a good site, has something for everyone.
