hi guys,
anyone know an effective excersise regimen or one move/thing to do, to work on the spare tire? mine's horrible.
also, diet tips specific to targetting this area?
anyone have personal experience working this area?

You're not going to specifically lose your spare tire on it's own, you have to drop your overall bodyfat levels, period. That's the only way.

mystere, you can do it if you really want it..admin is right though...unfortunately, we can't spot reduce....I am continuing to lose and after taking my measurements this morning the only thing I have gone down on this week were my BOOBS! believe me, I would do anything if it had come from my thighs...
