| Multivitamins I wonder how many people got fat for not taking multivitamins?
Is it best to take a multivitamin with the morning meal or the dinner meal?
What is your favorite multivitamin? |

| Re: Multivitamins I'm a little bit torn on multivitamins lately.
The amount that your body actually absorbes from them is tiny tiny tiny. I sometimes wonder if it's worth the $10 I spend on a bottle of them.

| Re: Multivitamins I use GNC Gold class multivitamins. You take about 7 capsules per sitting and get all the vitamins you need for the day. |

What is your favorite multivitamin? | I take Centrum Performance personally and take them in the mornings, and no you cannot get fat just from not taking multivitamins.

| Re: Multivitamins HAHA you're my kinda guy OD!!
Oh I'm editing to add i'm also interested to know why vitamins have too little effect? The wound nurse at the hospital told me to make sure I took a multivitamin daily to help with my wound healing.
