Beth, sometimes patience has it's virtue. Quick and simple isn't always the best. Obesity Discussion is not about a "quick diet program" like the one you posted because diets are short term solutions which in the end do not work.
The website you posted looks like a scam to me. "28 lbs of weight loss in 4 weeks is not feasible for 99.9999% of all the people out there, and I see paper posters promising similar gains posted all over stop light poles, walls and stop signs. Seeing money back guarantees if you don't lose 30lbs in 8 weeks makes this look like even more of a scam.
Further more that isn't just an informative website, it's an individual selling a diet book for $30, and said author did not post any credentials of any kind. No certifications, no pictures of himself and his weight loss journey, etc.
Lastly, the website you posted was just recently put on the internet, and if this was such a good program, then other websites would be linking to it. As of right now, not 1 single website on the internet even mentions the book he sells or the individual selling it.
Due to the lack of credibility of the website, book, and author, and the fact that it looks like a scam, I am going to take down the link
