| End Fatism Fatism This is weight bias and stigma applied to overweight people. I am not a BIG LOSER ,I am a person first. Do you really feel you are a number ? I am way too busy being active ,eating all of my meals to bother with a scale. If you need numbers to get focused ,use blood pressure, or count your steps. I am feeling good today,enjoying my walk today,and eating my meals today. I also use guilt free eating,so when I blow it ,like tonight I will overeat. I am going to be mindful of my eating ezperience. I will not check out and be eating in a fog ,like before. |

Why would you plan on overeating? I don't think anyone on here who is serious about losing weight would ever post something saying they "plan" on overeating. While we all know it may happen from time to time and if it does we accept it and get back on track but to say you plan on overeating I think is kinda disrespectful to those of us who are here seeking help and support and who are serious about losing weight.
