We need to get off of the diet ,loser mentallity ,and get busy . Get off the scale ,enjoy your foods by eating less of it,or try mindful eating. The next step is to build in some activities.
How is your food relationship? Do you eat to self medicate ? Can you find the sated spot? The place of eating enough.
This is true I'm new here also.I have tried several diet's.The last one was Atkins I did lose but have gained every lb plus back.So instead of not eating the food's I love .I have cut back the portion's..And trying to leave off the sweet's and drink plenty of water.I'm eating fresh veggie's and fruit's.Maybe this will work.
