| Brand new book is free "The Diet That Saved a Life" is now available for Free download. It's the true story of a California man that faced a life and death situation once he developed an extremely bad heart.
He faced mandatory open heart surgery, but couldn't have the surgery until a massive weight loss occured.
The book details his journey through the medical system and the diet that helped him get to the surgery weight that was necessary for the operation to be done.
Again the book is free! You can start the download process at lifesavingdiet.com It is not a competing website, just a single page to get the download started. It's an inspirational story and I hope it help everyone that reads it.

| Re: Brand new book is free This looks very shady. Free download that requires an email address? Why? If it was free to the public then you would just have a download link on your homepage. I see a bunch of hype with no support.
Is it any coincidence that the person quoted on that website is Milford Allen Walton and your name is Milfredo?

| Re: Brand new book is free It is in fact my personal story. It was setup as it is, so as not to be in position to be accused of trying to spam people. The book is in pdf form and is in fact FREE! The download link is sent after a double optin is completed.
It also allows me to know how many books are downloaded. There is nothing shady going on as I said it is entirely free with no strings atatched and no hidden costs.
If it's not appropriate, I'm sorry. People who have read it, have had nothing but great things to say. I'm sure it can help people, but that's up to you whether you want to allow members to post comments here.
I have nothing to hide. I'm very proud of the book. I went through hell and made it through and now have a large section of my heart that is metal. The important thing here is that the diet included in the book allowed me to lose 86 pounds without any exercise whatsoever. And it was given the green light from my heart surgeon. So either leave this here and available, or keep the information away from members.
I will be okay either way, as I am not making any money from the book. And there is no links included in the book either.
Regards,
Milfredo |

| Re: Brand new book is free There are other ways to see how many times your book is downloaded without requiring an email address, but that is your choice. I see no form of advertisements on your site, etc., which is why I haven't removed the link to your site or this thread. We get dozens of people coming here each week who post links to their site in their first few posts here just like you have, and 99% is spam. We're very protective of our members when it comes to spam.

| Re: Brand new book is free There is no advertisements on the site and there are no links located in the book either. I understand your desire to protect members from spam and hustles and all around crap. But I stand firmly behind my book and it is FREE.
I am not a super tech guru. I'm just a guy who is lucky to be alive and is trying to share his story, hoping that someone will benefit.
Let one member go and get the book and then post a review of it. I'd love to see what they have to say.
Thanks for your kind and considerate responses.

| Re: Brand new book is free Hey Milfredo,
Thanks for the ebook. It is an inspirational story, and I do believe that proper
eating alone can take off weight.
However, there is one thing though that bothers me. It's not you, but the medical community. Of course, you didn't tell that part of the story, so I cannot be presumptious.
I was just curious whether your doctors took a simple and inexpensive C-Reactive Protein Test. It is a measure of overall inflammation in the body, and is now considered to be leading indicator for heart disease.
I'm just leary of expensive medical procedures. A neurosurgeon once suggested an operation for me. I declined because there was no guarantee that my pain would go away. After almost a year of searching for a natural approach, I found a $30 solution.
Pain gone. |

| Re: Brand new book is free To be honest, I don't know if that test was done or not. I do know that I have had about every test imaginable. I have been spun around, turned upside down, filled with radio-active nuclear crap, had pints of blood sucked out of me, slid into coffin like device and scanned. You name it and I think I have done it.
I do know that there was a time I could not walk more than 20 feet and then had to stop to get my breath and recharge for the next 20 feet. My heart ejection fraction was down to between 25-35%.
Overall I'm not a big fan of the medical community, as I believe many times, treatment is more expedient than thoughtfull and sound. But I have to say that through my journey, I met some wonderfull people. Due to the extremely delicate nature of my condition, I had two heart surgeons perform my operation. And they both are brilliant. I don't say that lightly.
But I made it through when quite a few people didn't believe I would. And I'm here to tell about it. By the way, thanks for the kind words. I hope more people get the book and read it.
Regards,
Milford |
