New here!
Hello everyone!
Just wanted to send out a quick hello to everyone! I have dropped weight before using slimfast than just as fast as it went off it came back, than i dropped 40 lbs and held it off for 2 years but that was cause i was in school living on my own and had no money for food
but gained it back so im here now.
I have had the motivation for years to go to the gym for over and over but i lost that the last 6 months aka, the lbs came back. But i found my motivation again and starting up again this monday! Weighed myself, will do sun mornings and hopefully with the forum and help ill keep it up again! But more weight to come off this time!!!

Welcome to the group, Darren! Glad you are here and hope you do very well. Much support found here. What will you weight loss program include? I go to Weight Watchers, myself. I am hoping the New Year brings us all a little smaller pants size!
Began my Weight Watchers journey Oct. 28, 2009...but stopped in May 2010. Now trying to go on willpower....

Planning on going to the gym before work again 5 days, i know i can just got to keep motivated! Usually do 30 mins of running on a treadmill, mix up speeds and hills and what nots
and 30 mins of weights different everday of the week. And tuesday mornings i do a spin class, on the bikes. As long as i get a good sweat im happy and as long as i keep working out properly than thats good.
Eating wise, cut back on pops, beer, and chips of course. Already eating healthy living at home still so there is veggies for dinner, salads, chicken or something like that. But will cut out desserts as im not a big one for them so might as well not eat them and i guess for sure cut back on the pop for lunches.

Darren, HI nice to meet you!! Sounds like you allready know what your going to do and it sounds like a great plan. SPIN CLASS!!! Wow!!! I've been to one and my butt and other parts hurt so bad I swore I would never go back.... Good for you for being able to do that. That is hard stuff. I hope to see you around and get to know you a little more..

Hello Angelia,
Yah the first few times spin class was hurting but it got better after a while, still hurts sometimes but is fun! Yah whatever i do i just want to try to get a good sweat in and just watch what i eat and make more healty choices. I don't wanna do slimfast again and starve cause thats not what i will be doing after i lose it so might as well lose it slowly and eat the way i will eat after!
I like all 3 of your goals! Nice and simple and keeps the support up! Happy Monday to you too.

Hello Obesity Discussion,
Thanks for the post. Yah i think it should start flying off too, just like i said i don't wanna starve myself or anything like that just take it easy. Back at work tomorrow too, i had 2 weeks off for christmas, we shut the shop down for 2 weeks. So that will keep me active and motivated too hopefully!
