I concur on the pizzas being bad, California Pizza Kitchen is up there on that list for me.
I have to add foods like Bacon, anything fried, and fatty fatty meats to the list.

have you tried unfried chicken? it is yummy, you coat the chicken in lowfat mayo, dijon mustard, then coat crumbled cornflakes and bake. I believe there may be other ingredients, I'll have to find it. it has well under 400 calories per serving, which compared to one serving of deep fried chicken, I'm sure it's an improvement.
Oh, and my worst foods are sweets. Like candy bars (Mr.Goodbar being my favorite), cakes, pasteries.

| Re: what are the worst foods? I think doughnuts and pastries are possibly the worst. I remember liking the taste of them as I was eating them, but within a half hour, I would get very bad indigestion or heart burn from the grease I think. I decided that the taste just wasn't worth the discomfort later.

| Re: what are the worst foods? I do have to agree with another poster and say that any fast food is your biggest problem. However after fast food the worst for me cheese fries, I would make them all the time.
I really don't remember the last time I had fries...it's been a while.

| Re: what are the worst foods? My worst and most favs are restaurant pizzas, fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, steak w/(sauted in butter) mushrooms, baked potatoes with lots of butter and sour
cream, deep fried cheddar peppers or mushrooms (battered of course,) then of course...I literally love Ice Cream cakes. I also love Classic Coca Cola. I used to drink lots of beer, but quit 8 months ago.
Now that I am officially dieting,I have decided not to deprive myself completely. I will occasionally enjoy my favorites by having a satisfying bite or two when craving or much smaller portions...note: I did say occasionally, because I understand that weight loss and then maintenance should be more of an overall and ongoing lifestyle change...but I don't see the harm in an occasional small treat.
