Along with exercise you might also want to try drinking camomile tea. It brings down stress and relaxes your nerves. I've made it a habit to drink it and it has helped me a lot.
OHH also drinking Green tea helps with weight loss. If you drink 3 cups a day you may loose 10 lbs in a course of 3 months. NOTE to the reader: It has to be REAL green tea. NOT Lipton already made sugar intoxicated 1% green tea ingredients.
