I have Fibromyalgia for 20 years. I am now 60. I have severe muscle pain and have not found anything that helps. There are times that I am unable to walk more then a few feet even in my own house. Has anyone found a medication that helps without making you into a zombie???
I'm not sure this is the best place for fybromyalgia help.....I'm not sure if you are overweight but could weight loss help take some of the pressure off your muscles?
Have you ever tried massage therapy? I'm a massage therapist and alot of my patients have firbromyalgia. You might try talking to a local Massage Therapist, just make sure you let them know about your condition so they dont cause you more pain than you are already in.
