| Your Guide to Healthy Sleep! (Yes sleep helps you keep weight off!) I decided to throw this how to guide on better sleep in this forum. Why you ask? Sleep is very important, because on average, those who sleep say 6 hrs a day versus those who sleep say 8 hours a day tend to be about 15lbs heavier on average (you can verify this in the studies on sleep forum). For you weight lifters, your muscles grow in your sleep as well!

| Great post admin. Nice to hear your tips of sound sleep. I myself is discussing few techniques for good sound sleep. During bedtime, don't harbour any negative thoughts and worry. Stress disturbs sleep. Eat your dinner at least 2 hours before your sleeping time. Don't drink mind stimulators like tea, cofee prior to sleeping. Make sure that your bedroom has a moderate room temperature(not too hot nor not too cold). |

| Re: Your Guide to Healthy Sleep! (Yes sleep helps you keep weight off!) Sometimes I take L-Trypohpan to help sleep, but it only seems to work for me if I take it on an empty stomach and no protean with it because it’s an amino acid. Thanks, Mitch |
