Ok, this could be a long post, but I would like some more opinions on it.
I'm 19, I'm 216 pounds, I should be around 147, I'm slowly and steadily loosing the weight, have been activly exercises and eating healthier for around 2 months now. I've gone from 222 to 216. I go to the gym 4 days a week, doing both weight lifting and cardio work, I also tend to go for off roady type walks at least once a week around the countryside I live near. So my problem is this, for about 3 months or so now I've had a lot of aches and pains, mainly my knees, ankles, hips, back, shoulders and neck. The first was probably my back and ass, a deep aching in my left ass cheek, painful to walk, painful to move, especially painful to try and roll over in bed. Went to see a doctor about it, was told I have 'muscularskeletal problems' take ibuphrofen... Did that, it eased off, last week, I hurt my groin (not going to go into how I did it

)
Any way, went to the doctors for that, was told I had possibly torn my tendon a little bit, take ibuphrofen for 5 days, come back if it's no better, 5 days later it had eased off, the following day, I was sat on a concrete block swinging my legs from side to side and it starts to hurt again, so the pain is back. Then to top it all off the pain in my back and ass is back as well. Back to the doctors again (I'm actually greatful that the NHS is free!), after talking to my mum, she was told she had arthiritis at 21, and it runs in the family, so I told the doctor this, told him about the other problems, no signs of arthiritis apparently. According to him, all my aches and pains are due to my weight and the fact I've started exercising more than what I'm used to, so my body is adjusting. A friend of my mums said if I hurt my hip/groin again to go the A&E (Emergency Room). I'm seriously considering it, the first time it happened I screamed in pain and burst into tears, it hurt more than tearing tendons in my ankle and breaking my leg. So has any one else experienced an increase in stiffness in the joints, aches and pains whilst they've been exercising more and loosing weight?
