| Beer after exercise is better than water
Or so says this spanish study that was just talked about on CNN. Apparently beer after exercise does a better job and replenishing/hydrating you after exercise.
Hmmm, another excuse to go drink!

| Re: Beer after exercise is better than water Me neither but my husband really does. So maybe he would enjoy having a beer instead of water after having done some exercises. But has a doctor ever confirmed this statement? I have never heard of it before. I always thought that you should drink lots of water after exercising. But maybe I was wrong... |

| Re: Beer after exercise is better than water Well actually that would count because I thought that you could trust a doctor. Nevertheless it seems a bit strange to me and I won't do it anyways. I will try to find some more information in the internet. If I find something I will let you know!
At least it is good to know that you might have a beer even if you are doing a diet-you just need to exercise first :-) |

| Re: Beer after exercise is better than water I'll give it a shot. I love me some beer. LOL Nah, I really want water after I work out. I'm not sure the taste of beer would be the refreshment I want after sweating like that.
I'm sure that there's not really any big difference, except beer has calories and water doesn't.. and maybe if you have a 6 pack or so you won't feel so sore. LOL
