| when I was 17... I weighted 240 lbs that winter. Come spring, I started taking karate classes, riding my bike everywhere, went on a 2,000 calorie diet, drank lots of water, got two summer jobs and that fall I joined the track team.
I remember a couple of times, riding my bike from Windham, Maine to Biddeford, Maine (about 30 miles each way). I wasn't as big then and I was really used to riding my bike at that point so it wasn't a big deal. When I got home, my arms were nice and brown. I used to ride about 10 miles a day anyway to and from my summer job.
Oh, the point is that I got down to 180 lbs. I looked goood!
I hope I can do it again despite being 34. |

There is no reason you cannot do it. It all comes down to dedication. Do you have any exercise or diet goals for yourself?
