| Well what do you know. After a couple of months of working at changing my diet that did not seem to make any difference and then a month of Power Yoga and more walking that did not seem to make any difference and now one week of 10 minute trainer I have actually lost 2 pounds.
Ironically I was not able to do the 10 minute trainer workout this morning because I over slept. I did the Yoga but not the 10 minute trainer and what I find very interesting is that after the Yoga I feel very good but apparently without the 10 minute trainer by the time I get to work I am very stiff. All last week I was great and had a whole lot of energy.
Well after work I need to get that workout in and see how I feel then.

It is pretty good and in combination with the Power Yoga I am doing it appears to work great. And the fact it is 10 minutes gives me little room for the excuse of "I don't have time" and I have been VERY good with that excuse in the past.

I am also doing Power Yoga and going for walks whenever I can fit them in but I got to tell you those 10 minutes are hard training, or at least they are for me.
All total without the walks I am doing at least 30 to 50 minutes of exercise a day 5 to 6 days a week
With the walks it is 50 to 70 minutes a day about 5 to 6 days a week.
Last Saturday I did 2 sections of the 10 minute trainer (20 minutes) 45 minutes of yoga and then went and mowed the lawn and I felt surprisingly pretty good after it was all done.
However with the 10 minute trainer you have options if you have time. The general idea is 10 minutes but there is a schedule supplied that is 3 of these 10 minute trainer sections a day for 7 days a week.
I found that at my current age (old) and level of fitness (not good) that 7 days a week and 30 minutes a day of it was a bit to much so I backed it down to 6 days a week and 10 minutes a day. I was already doing the Yoga 5 days a week when I started 10 minute trainer so it fit together rather nicely.
But there is something that depresses me a bit, I have Power90 from years ago and I use to do it and now I have a hard time keeping up with 10 minute trainer but then I am about over 10 years older and over 70 pounds heavier so what the heck should I expect . But I am hoping that after a month of 10 minute trainer or maybe two, I can get back to Power90 and still maintain the Yoga.
And as I said before, I think, I can sometimes ramble on a bit to much, sorry about that.

Thanks
My head is better, my throat is better, I am still a little stuffed up but at least I no longer want to eat everything I see and a few I don't.
However I am afraid to get on a scale.
