I don't lose well when I lift, even though I enjoy lifting. I'd love to think that here in my late 40's that's becouse I bulk easily, but then again I'd love to think I look like Redford too and neither are true! LOL
I believe we retain fluid to maintain blood supply when we lift. theoretically that would eventually stabilize, but I get discouraged and stop lifting first.
It's too bad because the other exercises concentrate on my lower body, which is already strong but the arms and chest could use some tone.
Any thoughts??
