Squatting with a repaired ACL in my knee

I'm getting to the point where the squatting/leg pressing I am doing is too easy.....but I have had an ACL repair and torn meniscus repair in my right knee so I am a big nervous about continuing to up the weight.

I've gone as high as leg pressing 18 plates (9 45lb plates on each side) 10 times for my last set, although usually I don't push myself past 14-16.

I just squatted 280lbs 10 times for my last set yesterday and feel like I have so much more in me.

I've got a call into my doctor, but was wondering if anyone else here has been in a similar situation and how they handled it.

I am super leery of my knees and low back as well. I have also thought about seeing an orthopedic Dr. to get them checked out for health. The pain I get right now is tendon pain as it's getting used to the new loads.
I know the best orthopedic Dr. in town if you want his name, he does all the pro athletes.

Who is it? I had Russell Chick do my Meniscus and John Bradway do my ACL since Chick was backed up like a year. I don't need more work done, I'm just worried about my ACL/Meniscus repairs holding up. It's been about 7 years since my ACL surgery.
