So frusterated!

I have to take steroids for my back pain. Seems like they make me hungry all the time. Does anyone know if steroids, and weight gain go hand in hand? Sometimes I get really bloated too. I walk as much as possible, and try to eat right, but the scale seems to be stagnate. NOT MOVING! I am just wondering why all of my efforts are not yielding any results.

What types of medicine are you taking specifically? Do you know what type of steroid you are taking? Any other medication? In theory, if you're keeping your calories in the 1200-1500 range that you mentioned in the other thread, you should start dropping pounds after a few weeks.
