| My exercise routine
Hey folks, I would to share my exercise which I am following lately. Suggestions are always welcome.
Early in the morning 1 hr of aerobic dance and evening 1 hr Gym, that consists of 30 min brisk walk on the treadmill and few other minor exercises.
I increased my activity level to put off those extra weight and get back into shape and lead a healthy life.

It's a very good start, no doubt! If you could do an hour of aerobic dance in the morning, it would seem like a brisk walk for 30 minutes might be a little too easy for ya
What are these other exercises you speak of? Some very light weight training would be good to throw into the mix as well.

Obesity Discussion, the other exercises are cycling, abs, and weights (as you have said)
PS Congrats(though late) you have reached your target...

Hi I'm Lucia. A lot of my challenge with weight loss has been developing a routine that I can participate in everyday from home. I'm just too busy with my kids. I've been looking for something on youtube that I can kind of model until I have my own routine. Has anyone come across any good free short videos to follow? I just need to make a 10 minute routine with some variety that I can follow.

At 126lbs you should be light enough that your body can handle full sprints on the elliptical and not walking. Push yourself much, much harder.

| Re: My exercise routine
I have been going to water aerobics M-W-F since January and I have seen results. I have started walking on Tu-Th and make up any missed days during the week on Saturday.
I have many exercise DVD/tapes which allows me to vary my workout routine. I recently bought two Firm DVDs, I love them. This system is designed for women (sorry men). They really target women problem areas. The tapes call for a step from the Firm website, but I'm sure I can find a similiar one locally. It focus on sculpting as well as weight loss.
This could be a starting point for you Lucia. The program lasts about 45 minutes and I normally do them in the evening. I too have four young children and have to find time to exercise. I have found they enjoy it as well. They come with me on my walks and attempt to do the DVDs.
Good luck to you.
