| Killer AB exercises I can only get part way through the 1st part w/o getting stomach muscle cramps so far but my 11 year old got all the way to part 5 tonight.
We're going to start doing this every night, I'll get as far as I can until my stomach muscles cramp then try again the next night. http://www.skippypodar.net/Fitness/abs2000.html

Nice! I actually incorporate some of those ab exercises into my routine. Men's health put out a great book with nothing but ab exercises. Might be worth looking into.
Take it easy at first! You may think you can do more, or that since you're not sore, you should keep going; I find that I'm the most sore 2 days after doing serious ab work. Also don't forget to strengthen your lower back at the same time, since your lower back tends to get used a bit during ab exercises.

You have to start somewhere! I remember when I first started doing pull ups I could only do one. Now at the gym I frequently do 3 sets of 10.
