I'm in an exercise rut.......

My company added a new fitness center to our building, so I don't have a ton of equipment, but I'm getting bored with my routine and need to mix it up. Here's the equipment we have available:

- Treadmills
- Speed cycle
- Recumbant cycle
- Elliptical
- Hack Sled
- Free Weights

I've been doing about 20 minutes on the recumbant bike or elliptical. Then leg, calf and shin lifts on the leg-lift portion of the hack sled. Followed by squats on the hack sled. Then some free weights for my arms and shoulders. I end up with 150+ crunches and leg lifts for my lower abs.

I don't feel my inner and outer thighs are getting a workout, nor my chest. How can I do these without a bench or machine? Also, how can I mix it up with this equipment?

Thanks in advance,
LauraP

Inner and Outer thighs can be hit harder by either wider than shoulder or narrower than shoulder stance on the hack sled. Also lunges with some dumbells. For chest you can do floor bench and fly's or if you have a flat bench use that. Also pushups in various hand positions work very well also.

If you point your toes outward when doing squats you'll hit the inside of your thighs pretty good. As far as the outside I would try doing sideways lunges if you've seen em. There's no seats or benches in the entire place?
