Re: I have a weight loss question

you weight will fluctuate a few pounds everyday throughout the day just depends on what you are wearing how much you have eaten and drank if you have gone to the bathroom ect ect....i found that weighing once a week works best for me because of the fluctuation. i weigh in every monday....a few of us on here do and we all post our results it is exciting and motivating to see everyone's results

My weight goes up a few pounds after I eat a meal, it goes down a few after a hard workout from sweating a lot. Weighing yourself daily can be frustrating due to how one's body fluctuates. On top of that, the time of day you weigh yourself has an impact as well.

Re: I have a weight loss question

I sometimes drop 2lbs between waking up and my morning BM...
I've gained 9lbs in one day between waking and going to sleep as well and I'm sure I could gain closer to 15 if I wanted to, I could also drop 20lbs easily in one day by just jogging on a treadmill and dropping water weight (lots of wrestlers and pro fighters do this).
