I decided to start off slow

I have problems with keeping routine so I'm starting off slow to walk thirty or more minutes a day on the treadmill.

I have done it everyday since last Sunday and when they weighed me at the endocrinologists office yesterday I saw that I lost a couple of pounds.

I decided i'm going to weight myself once a week just to know how i'm doing i'm not going to obsess over the numbers either which I used to do. But it is nice when you loose just a couple of pounds it makes you feel motivated.

But i'm going to work into a routine of diet and exercise for two months still doing what i'm doing now so I can get used to doing this every day and then icomporate light weights to video.

Re: I decided to start off slow

I totally agree. Starting off slow is definitely the way to go. Every time I start working out again and hit it hard, it never lasts very long. So now I'm taking my dog for a long walk a few times a week and attempting to use some of my weight equipment a couple of times a week.
