Hey everybody, I was just wondering if anyone knew anything about this product "fat loss 4 idiots" I have heard very good things about it from other sites, forums, etc. Has anyone here used it? Or have an opinion on it? Thanks for your time.

It's a scam. It's a system based off of basic knowledge. They claim to have this secret "calorie shifting" technique. In all reality, they just tell you to space out your meals in smaller quantities. It's a shame that they get people to pay for it.

The review I read said something about an "all fruit" phase--very fad diet sounding. I'll try to do a little more research and make a more thorough review.
Bottom line: I wouldn't spend forty bucks on it.
