| Good Excercises for Thighs and Calves? I'm going to a good friends wedding this December, and I have a dress in mind. I just would really need to know what types of excercises would be good for legs in general, and to be specific the thighs and calves.
Thankx

Thankx | Weight loss in general is the best thing you can do, period. Now, aside from that, how long of a dress are we talking here? Are just calves going to show? Hamstrings/Quadriceps too?

For beginners I would think lunges would be a great idea, wouldn't you?

| Re: Good Excercises for Thighs and Calves? There's a litany of leg exercises you can do to build muscle.
However, by the sounds of it, you are more interested in fat loss. As someone said above, simply lose weight. That'll do the trick. Just remember you can't pick and choose where the fat comes off via various exercises.
Not trying to minimize resistance training... as anyone who knows me knows that I highly recommend anyone do it. I'm just being realistic for your goals. |
